There are a wide variety of regulators and service providers supporting the Northport facility.  These cover areas such as transport, logistics, storage, fumigation, safety and surveying and many other activities that are required to operate the port successfully.

MOVe Oceans' maiden call

It was a cold wet morning today (Thursday 12 June) but that didn't diminish the warmth of our welcome to MV Brio Faith, the MOVe Oceans vessel that will operate the brand-new trans-Tasman service linking Northport with Brisbane and Port Alma in Queensland, and Tasmania’s Bell Bay.

Northport is the only North Island port on the route, with subsequent calls at Nelson, Dunedin and Bluff.
