These Harbourmaster's Guidance items are issued pursuant to Section 33F(1)(c) of the Maritime Transport Notice 1994 and prescribe requirements for all vessels navigating in Whangarei Harbour and its approaches with respect to the movements of commercail vessles including commercial fishing vessels.
