John Parker joined the Board of Tauranga Limited in 1996 and has been Chairman since 2004.  His Directorships include C3 Limited and Dairy Holdings Limited.

Sir John Goulter KNZM, JP - Chairman Northland Port Corporation (NZ) Ltd and Northport Director

Sir John is former Managing Director of Auckland International Airport Ltd. He is a former Chairman of the New Zealand Lotteries Commission and United Carriers Group, as well as being a former Director of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, Television New Zealand and Vector Ltd. He is currently Chairman of Ngapuhi Asset Holding Company Ltd, Northland Deepwater GP Ltd and The New Zealand Business and Parliament Trust. In 2003 he was inducted as a Laureate into the New Zealand Business Hall of Fame and was appointed a Distinguished Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to Business and the Community. In 2009 his re-designation as a Knight Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit was advised by Her Majesty the Queen. Sir John is considered to be an Independent Director.

Graham Wallace - Northland Port Corporation (NZ) Ltd Chief Executive and Northport Ltd Director

Graham Wallace was appointed Chief Executive of Northland Port Corporation (NZ) Ltd in May 2012 and joined the Board of Northport in October 2012.

He has had an association with Northland Port since 1993 having held various finance related roles during this time and was closely involved in the original establishment of Northport.

Graham is a member of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Institute of Directors.

Mark Cairns - Port of Tauranga Chief Executive and Northport Director

Mark Cairns has been Chief Executive of Tauranga Limited since 2005.  Prior to joining Port of Tauranga, he was Chief Executive of C3 Limited (formerly Toll Owens Limited) for five years and is now a Director of C3.  He is also Chairman of North Tugz Limited, Tapper Transport and MetroPack Limited.  Mark has a First Class Honours Degree in Civil Engineering, a degree in Business Studies and is a Master of Management.  He is a Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport, a member of the Institute of Directors and a member of LEADR (accredited mediator).
